Nambale Beans (Produce of Uganda)
Nambale Beans are a staple sauce in Uganda and many parts of Africa, plus they are considered a great source of proteins and fibre. The beans are most commonly produced in Mbale, Masaka, Rakai, Luwero, Wakiso, Mukono, Mbarara, Ntungamo districts of Uganda.
